Be the change—go beyond the platitudes and make things stick!!
Whenever there is a shift in the status quo, especially around how information is created and published, it can be a time of great joy or great misery. Technology companies are the text book example of “Do As I Say, Not As I Do” with the lack of investment in content authoring and publication, it can feel like making a change is impossible. But it doesn’t have to be that way, and in this talk we will cover concrete actions, strategies, and methodologies that you can implement within your own company that go beyond the platitudes (Be the Change!), and that make meaningful change happen and succeed. Change is a constant in the technology space, and managing the change life cycle successfully is something information professionals can add to their toolkit to achieve measurable business results.
